Best place for Ladies to shop here for you all dress needs. You are just attended from entrance.Salesmen are so polite and humble and have best customer dealing skills. I asked a one of their guy that you guys shows hundreds of dresses to your customer even she come to buy one. He politely answered that Sir I m doing my job honestly that’s all and we don’t mind to rap up unsold dresses even this is also the part of job. They have also MEN dresses corner and I go there to buy a suit. OMG the staff up there is incredible I bought Three suits with shirts and all suits colours are selected by there staff in just 15 minutes and stitching was awesome fitting. My both sons are slim and tall I thought for readymade suits for them but no fitting I back to Roop Kala and bought One Suit for each. Thanks Guys You Made Our Functions Memorable.

My experience at roop kala was far from pleasant. The staff was unfriendly and didn't make me feel welcome. The fitting for the dress was a disaster – it was completely off, and I had to request alterations outside from the store. I hope they can work on their customer service and dress fitting skills.

Everything here is extremely overpriced and is not recommend for any shopping. Do visit other outlets you would find a bonus for yourself there.

I find Roop kala as one of the finest factory outlet showroom in Ludhiana..they provide you garments and fabrics of the best quality. With soothing prints and the trendy cuts they give you an ethnic+mordern look. And they even provide you with customise service. Loved visiting here and would surely visit again!!!
